NT version as stand alone shampoo

Can the NT version used as stand alone shampoo or should it always used in combination with the DR version.

Many people use the NT as a stand alone nourishing shampoo and do not use additional conditioner which will keep the hair moisturized and full at the same time.

Need more clarification on which product to apply first (shampoo) and which one second (conditioner) ? Or are they both shampoos? If so is there a certain brand of conditioner you recommend to apply after the DR or NT? Sincerely thinning hair guy.
