Normal to dry hair types:
Alternate daily use. First day use RegenePure DR second day use RegenePure NT.

Oily, thin hair types:
Use both products daily.
RegenePure DR followed by RegenePure NT. 
(RegenePure NT will replace your conditioner.)

Very dry, thick, and/or longer hair types:
Alternate daily use. First day use RegenePure DR second day use RegenePure NT Follow with a quality, sulfate free conditioner.
